In the course of providing our services we may collect and process:

• Personal information such as name, date of birth, contact details, address, PAN, Aadhaar (where legally permitted), driving licence, voter ID, and passport
• Financial information such as bank account details, UPI ID, cheque information, premium payment details, and ECS/eMandate information
• Insurance information such as vehicle details, existing policies, claims history, nominee information, and KYC documents
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and website usage data

Customers may purchase insurance policies directly through our platform, or opt for our subscription model in which the premium is split into monthly installments (up to six months) with a processing fee of ₹300 per month of tenure. Direct purchases carry no processing fee and may qualify for applicable discounts. Actual policy issuance is subject to the underwriting decision of the respective insurance company.

By submitting your information to Ruby Insurance and Investment Agency, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will obtain your explicit consent before collecting sensitive personal data.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with insurance companies, brokers, IRDAI-regulated entities, banks, payment gateway providers, eMandate service providers, KYC verification agencies, government authorities, legal advisors, and technology service providers acting on our behalf, strictly for legitimate business, contractual, or legal purposes.

Premium payments, EMI installments, and eMandate instructions are processed through regulated banking and payment gateway partners. You authorize Ruby to initiate such collections in accordance with the mandate you have set up. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance and valid payment credentials.

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Our website may use cookies to improve user experience, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and enhance performance. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function properly if you do so.
